I’m planning a visit to the Drumheller Festival of Lights 2026 and would love to hear recommendations from people who have attended before. What are the must see attractions, family friendly activities, and nearby places worth exploring in Drumheller? Also, what is the best way to arrange group transportation for families or friends travelling together?

For first-time visitors to Dubai, there are several iconic attractions not to be missed. The Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, offers breathtaking views of the city from its observation decks. The Dubai Mall, adjacent to the Burj Khalifa, is a shopper's paradise with countless retail and entertainment options. Don't forget to explore the historic district of Al Fahidi, home to the Dubai Museum, and take a traditional abra ride across Dubai Creek to soak in the city's charm.

A visit to Kanha National Park is about much more than spotting a tiger. The park offers a peaceful natural setting where visitors can enjoy beautiful forests, open grasslands, and a variety of birds and wildlife. One of the best experiences is exploring the jungle during an early morning safari, when the forest comes alive with bird calls and fresh animal tracks.

Apart from wildlife safaris, travellers can enjoy stunning sunset views at Bamni Dadar, also known as Sunset Point. Nature lovers can observe deer, Indian bison, langurs, and colourful birds in their natural habitat. Learning about the local culture and enjoying traditional food in nearby villages can also make the trip memorable. For anyone planning a trip, exploring these experiences beyond tiger spotting in Kanha National Park offers a deeper connection with nature and makes the journey truly special.

Visiting Pilibhit Tiger Reserve can be a memorable experience if you plan your trip well. Before travelling, check the safari timings and book your jeep safari in advance, especially during weekends and holidays. One of the most useful travel tips for Pilibhit Tiger Reserve is to visit early in the morning when the forest feels peaceful and you may spot birds and other wildlife. Carry comfortable clothes, walking shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, and binoculars. Follow your guide’s instructions and avoid making loud noises during the safari. If you have extra time, consider visiting Chuka Beach, which is known for its scenic surroundings. It is also a good idea to carry some cash and keep your camera ready. With a little planning and patience, you can enjoy the natural beauty of Pilibhit and make your wildlife trip more enjoyable.

Hey adventure-seekers! Plan your Dubai getaway between November and March for optimal weather and endless fun. From iconic sights to desert safaris and yacht cruises, there's something for everyone. Don't miss the heart-pounding excitement of dune buggy adventures in the desert! Hi everyone!

I've been comparing options for mobile internet during a one-week trip to New York, and I'm honestly surprised by how much prices vary between providers.

Here are some prices I've found for 7 days in the United States, with plans advertised as offering unlimited data:

- Holafly: $27.50
- Airalo: $25
- Ubigi: $25
- Roaming4You.com: $9.10
- eSIMDesti.com: $8.40

That's almost a $20 difference for just one week! It seems like quite a lot when all these services are essentially designed to do the same thing.

I have a connection with the last two companies, so I want to be transparent about that. I'm genuinely interested in hearing about travellers' real experiences with different providers.

Has anyone tried several of these eSIMs in the US? Is there really such a noticeable difference in coverage, speed or reliability that justifies paying almost three times as much?

Thanks in advance, and happy travels!

The best time to visit Kanha Tiger Reserve is from October to June, when visitors can enjoy beautiful forest views and exciting wildlife safari experiences. The winter months, from November to February, are ideal for pleasant weather, birdwatching, and exploring the park with family. If you want better chances of spotting tigers and other wildlife, March to May is a popular time because animals often visit water sources during the hotter days.

When planning your trip, understanding the best season to visit Kanha Tiger Reserve can help you choose the right time for your safari. The core safari zones generally remain closed during the monsoon season, from July to September, while some buffer zones may follow different schedules. Before travelling, check the latest safari timings and availability. Booking your safari in advance can also help you plan a smooth and enjoyable wildlife holiday.

If you’re planning to be in Dubai for New Year’s Eve 2026, one of the biggest questions is where to watch the Burj Khalifa fireworks without dealing with massive crowds, road closures, or hours of standing.

I’ve been researching alternative ways to experience it, and one option that stood out (especially for people who want something different from Downtown chaos) is a New Year’s Eve yacht cruise along the Dubai Water Canal.

Why this option is interesting:
  • You’re on the water, so no crowd congestion
  • Clear, open views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks from the canal
  • A fixed itinerary instead of hopping between packed locations
  • Dinner + entertainment included, so it’s more of a full evening experience than just fireworks

What the cruise experience includes (from what I’ve found):
  • Around 3–3.5 hours cruising on the Dubai Water Canal (shared yacht)
  • Views while passing Al Jaddaf, Dubai Festival City, and Business Bay
  • Watching the Burj Khalifa New Year fireworks from the cruise
  • Gala buffet dinner (veg & non-veg) + BBQ
  • New Year cake, Tanura dance show, music, and countdown
  • Unlimited soft drinks and water
  • Boarding starts around 9:00 PM from Dubai Canal (behind D1 Tower)
There’s no alcohol on this cruise, and it’s a walk-in meeting point (no pickup/drop-off), which is something to keep in mind when planning transport on NYE.

Who this might be best for:
  • Couples or small groups wanting a calmer but festive vibe
  • Visitors who don’t want to fight Downtown crowds
  • Anyone who prefers a seated dinner + fireworks combo

Things to note before booking:
  • Non-refundable (NYE cruises usually are)
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Limited capacity (around 165 people total)

For anyone who wants to read the full details, route, inclusions, and timings, this is the page I was reviewing:
https://www.viator.com/tours/Dubai/...um_version=selector&campaign=DubaiNewYearsEve

I’d be curious to hear from others here:
  • Has anyone done a NYE cruise in Dubai before?
  • Do you prefer yacht views or Downtown street views for the fireworks?
Always interested in hearing real experiences before locking plans this early.
