Cheap Flights & Best Flight Deals

Finding cheap flights can make a big difference to the cost of any trip, whether you are planning a short city break, a family holiday, a backpacking adventure, a business trip, or a once-in-a-lifetime journey overseas. This forum is the place to share the best flight deals, low-cost airfares, airline sales, discount fares, last-minute flight offers, and special travel promotions that may help other members save money.

If you have spotted a great flight deal, please post it here so other travellers can take a look. It might be a discounted return fare, a budget airline sale, a long-haul bargain, a student flight offer, a seasonal promotion, a flash sale, or a package deal that includes flights and accommodation.

Share Cheap Flight Deals

When posting a cheap flight deal, please include as much useful information as possible. This helps other members quickly decide whether the offer is suitable for their own travel plans.

Useful details to include are:

• Departure country, city, or airport
• Destination country, city, or airport
• Airline or travel company
• Travel dates
• Booking deadline or offer expiry date
• Price, including currency
• Whether the fare is one-way or return
• Baggage allowance, if known
• Any stopovers or connection details
• Restrictions, conditions, or exclusions
• Whether the deal is for students, families, business travellers, members, or selected travellers only

The more details you provide, the easier it will be for other forum members to compare the offer and decide whether it is genuinely good value.

Vote for the Best Flight Deals

If you see a cheap flight deal that looks like a real bargain, please vote it up or react to the post. This helps the best offers stand out and makes it easier for other travellers to find the most useful deals quickly.

You can also reply to a deal with extra information, such as alternative dates, cheaper nearby airports, baggage details, booking tips, or your own experience with the airline or travel company.

Tips for Finding Cheap Flights

There are many ways to save money when booking flights. Prices can change quickly, so it is worth comparing several options before booking.

Helpful tips include:

• Be flexible with your travel dates
• Compare nearby departure and arrival airports
• Check both one-way and return fares
• Use flight comparison websites
• Set fare alerts for your preferred routes
• Look at midweek flights, which can sometimes be cheaper
• Consider early morning or late-night departures
• Compare direct flights with flights that include a stopover
• Check baggage fees before booking
• Book early for popular dates, school holidays, and major events
• Watch for airline sales and seasonal promotions
• Compare flight-only prices with flight and hotel packages

A fare that looks cheap at first may become more expensive once baggage, seat selection, payment fees, airport transfers, or awkward flight times are taken into account, so always check the full cost before booking.

Be Careful with Flight Deals

Please take care when booking flights online. Only use trusted airlines, well-known travel companies, or reputable booking platforms. Before paying, check the final price, baggage allowance, cancellation rules, change fees, and refund policy.

Be especially cautious with deals that seem too good to be true, ask for unusual payment methods, or redirect through unknown websites. A very cheap flight is only a good deal if the booking is genuine, the terms are clear, and the travel company can be trusted.

No Affiliate Deal Links

Please do not post affiliate links, tracking links, referral links, or links that earn commission from bookings. Links should go directly to the airline, travel company, or booking page without affiliate coding.

This keeps the forum helpful, fair, and focused on genuine travel deals rather than promotions posted for commission.
