If you're visiting Burj Khalifa for the first time, I'd recommend booking your tickets online in advance, especially if you're planning to go around sunset. The views from the observation deck are amazing, and on a clear day, you can see Dubai stretching all the way toward the coastline.

Try to arrive a little early because security checks and queues can take some time. The entrance to At the Top is through the Dubai Mall, so don't leave finding it until the last minute. Sunset tickets are usually more expensive, but daytime visits can also be great.

After your visit, spend some time exploring the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa Lake area. It's a lovely place for an evening walk and taking photos.
