I’ve been looking at how much a realistic Thailand holiday from the UK costs in 2026, and there seems to be a huge difference depending on flight dates, hotel standard and whether you stay in one place or travel between Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi and the islands.
Flights seem to be one of the biggest variables, especially around school holidays and the winter peak season. Accommodation can also change the overall budget quite a bit depending on whether you choose local hotels, 4-star resorts or luxury beachfront properties.
