I'm finally planning my first Adelaide Wine Tour, but now I'm stuck choosing where to spend the day.
Everyone seems to recommend something different:
Barossa Valley for the big-name wineries
McLaren Vale for coastal views and smaller cellar doors
Adelaide Hills for cooler climate wines and scenery
If you only had one full day, which would you choose and why?
I'm also wondering if a hop-on hop-off wine tour is a better option than booking a guided tour. I like the idea of exploring at my own pace, but I'm not sure if it's worth it compared to an all-inclusive experience.

For those who've done an Adelaide wine tour:
- Which wineries were genuinely memorable?
- Any overrated places I should skip?
- Is one day enough, or should I stay overnight?
