I’m planning a trip to Canada and want to know which cities are worth visiting. So far, I’ve heard Toronto is great for shopping and attractions, Vancouver is perfect for nature lovers, and Montreal offers a unique cultural experience. Calgary and Ottawa also seem interesting with festivals and historic sites. I’d love to hear your recommendations for must-visit cities in Canada, including hidden gems or popular spots not to miss. What’s your top city in Canada and why?

If I had to pick one city, I’d go with Quebec City. It’s the only place in North America where you genuinely feel like you’re walking through a centuries-old European town. For hidden gems, add Victoria on Vancouver Island. It’s relaxed, scenic, and perfect if you want nature without the busyness of Vancouver. Calgary works well as a base if you're heading toward Banff or the Rockies.

  1. CN Tower.
  2. Royal Ontario Musuem.
  3. Casa Loma.
