Insurance for hiking around Kazbegi

I’m planning a Georgia trip with a few days in Kazbegi and will probably do some normal day hikes.
I’m comparing travel insurance at the moment and realised I usually don’t pay much attention to the activity exclusions. Does anyone know what I should specifically look for with hiking in Georgia?
I’m mostly interested in medical treatment and evacuation rather than cancellation cover.
Would appreciate any advice for people who have actually looked through the policy wording for a Georgia trip.

I had a similar question when comparing policies and ended up looking at GeorgianInsurance. I liked that their policy gives the medical coverage as separate limits instead of only showing one headline figure.
The total medical limit is 30,000 GEL and there are separate provisions for things such as treatment and medical evacuation. I’d still heck the hiking exclusions carefully though, because the details of the activity you’re doing can matter.
