Food on a Plane

Plane food can be hit or miss, right? I've started packing my own snacks - it keeps me fueled up and avoids any in-flight surprises. My go-to: a mix of nuts, granola bars, and some fruit. I get most of it at organic natural foods. Total game-changer! What about you? Any favorite in-flight snacks?

I like to take some appetizers when flying because sometimes the meals onboard taste a bit plain. As someone who loves eating, I prefer to have something more delicious with me.

Food on a plane is always a bit of a gamble, right? Sometimes it surprises you, sometimes… not so much. Reading that article on Smakjakten about the different types of kikkoman soy sauce actually made me wish airlines paid more attention to flavor. Imagine a meal onboard featuring real Japanese vs. Chinese soy sauce depth!

Unraveling the Mystery of Bringing Your Own Food on a Plane
Most of the time food on a plane are not good, and upset my stomach, I always keep my snacks like Croissants, Chocolate bar and some sort of a cold drink, I do take the food being offered on the plane, but always eat the dry stuff, not the masala stuff or gravy stuff.
