I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask if anyone’s been back to Vĩnh Khánh lately. Are the grilled oysters still as good as everyone said? Last time I was in Saigon, I didn’t make it there, and I’m planning a short trip soon. If anyone has fresh pics or new favorites from the street, I’d love to hear!

I tried the grilled scallops at one of the smaller stalls and they were so good—loaded with scallion oil and peanuts. I also got a cup of iced milk coffee nearby, and it had this rich flavor I love. The vendor told me they mix in full cream milk powder instead of fresh milk, which gives it that extra creamy kick.
