yes. we have fixed charge same as web price. no additional chargers. fuel + tolls + waiting time all are including with our fixed price.

If you are travelling with 3-4 people, sharing taxis can definitely make the cost more manageable. For solo travellers though, I would also compare the cost of joining a group trip, especially if you want transport and stays already arranged. I travelled to Sri Lanka with Boketto Travels and that was one thing I found convenient about going with a group, I did not have to keep arranging transfers between different places myself.
