Advice on 2 Air BnBs I'm thinking of renting

I've never been to Athens, but will be going for about 5 days in September. I prefer AirBnB to hotels as I can move about more freely. I have chosen 2 and would like advice on which is in a better (SAFER) area. The 2 are located at:

1) Agias Marinas 10
2) Kavalotti 18

Any feedback would be helpful.

Also, are either closer to restaurants and sites.
