Vietnam has plenty of nighttime experiences beyond visiting bars and nightclubs. One of the best ways to explore the country after sunset is by visiting its famous night markets, where you can discover local street food, souvenirs, clothing, and handmade products.

In Hanoi, spend an evening exploring the Old Quarter and Ta Hien Street, where traditional food stalls and lively streets create a memorable atmosphere. In Ho Chi Minh City, visit Nguyen Hue Walking Street to experience the city's illuminated buildings, street performances, and evening crowds.

For a more relaxed experience, enjoy a rooftop dinner overlooking the skyline or visit a riverside café in Hoi An. The lantern-lit streets of Hoi An are particularly beautiful after dark and offer excellent photography opportunities.

Beach lovers can explore the nightlife around Da Nang and Nha Trang, where beachfront restaurants and entertainment venues create a lively coastal atmosphere. You can also enjoy traditional Vietnamese performances, explore local food streets, or take an evening cruise where available.

Before heading out, check venue timings, transportation options, and local rules. Keep your belongings secure, use reliable transport, and respect local customs.

With WanderOn Vietnam Tour Packages, you can explore Vietnam's nightlife alongside its beaches, cultural landmarks, adventure activities, and famous tourist attractions, making your trip more than just a sightseeing holiday.

Travelers flying into Orlando Sanford International Airport may also want to consider staying in nearby Lake Mary. It gives visitors another accommodation option outside the busier tourist areas of Orlando. The Westin Lake Mary Orlando North is one hotel worth comparing when looking for an upscale stay in this part of Central Florida.

You can check its exact location and facilities here:

If you're planning to explore Lake Mary and Sanford, choosing accommodation in this area can make it easier to visit different parts of Seminole County. The Westin Lake Mary Orlando North is one property to consider when comparing hotels in the area. I'd recommend checking its location against the places you plan to visit before making a reservation.

Hi everyone!

I’m planning a trip to Kyrgyzstan and thinking about renting a car to explore the country, especially around Issyk-kul and some of the mountain areas.
Can anyone recommend a reliable local car rental company? I’d appreciate any advice on car condition, pricing and overall service.
If you’ve rented a car there recently, I’d love to hear about your experience.

Puri is a destination that offers a different travel experience throughout the year, with every season bringing its own charm and atmosphere. Winter mornings are particularly pleasant for beach walks, temple visits and exploring nearby attractions. The comfortable weather also makes it easier for families and couples to enjoy outdoor sightseeing. During summer, travellers can plan early morning and evening activities to avoid the daytime heat. Monsoon brings a refreshing change to the coastal surroundings, with cloudy skies, sea breezes and occasional rainfall creating beautiful views.

Apart from seasonal experiences, visitors can explore local markets, taste traditional Odia food, discover cultural attractions and learn about the city's religious heritage. The best time to visit depends on individual preferences, weather conditions and planned activities. Travellers coming from Delhi can also consider their journey duration and accommodation arrangements before finalising their holiday. Hi everyone!

Greetings from Kathmandu, Nepal!

I'm Dinesh, a travel enthusiast and co-founder of Amigo Treks & Expedition, a locally based travel company in Nepal.

I've spent years working in Himalayan tourism, helping travellers explore some of the most beautiful and fascinating places in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.

Living and working in Nepal has given me plenty of opportunities to learn about the Himalayas, from the busy trekking trails around Everest and Annapurna to remote mountain villages, ancient monasteries and lesser-known destinations.

One thing I've learned is that a successful Himalayan trip involves much more than choosing a destination. Weather, altitude, local transportation, permits and choosing the right season can make a huge difference to the experience.

I'm joining this community to exchange travel experiences, learn about other destinations and hopefully share some useful local knowledge with anyone planning to visit the Himalayas.

For transparency, I'm involved with Amigo Treks & Expedition, where we organize trekking, cultural tours and other Himalayan adventures.

I'm always happy to answer questions about travelling in Nepal, whether it's planning an Everest Base Camp trek, exploring the Annapurna region, visiting Kathmandu or discovering places beyond the usual tourist routes.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow travellers here!

Has anyone in this community visited Nepal, or is it still on your travel bucket list?

Cheers,
Dinesh

A few things worth knowing before you go:
The Acropolis changed its rules. The old combined ticket was phased out in 2025, and timed entry is now mandatory you need to book a specific 15-minute slot online weeks in advance. The 8 AM slot is the move; by 10 AM the heat and cruise crowds make it much less enjoyable. Santorini Dave
New border system just launched. The EU's Entry/Exit System became fully operational across Schengen countries on April 10, 2026 passport stamps are being replaced by digital records, and you may need to give a facial image and fingerprints at the border. Not a big deal, but leave a buffer if you're connecting to a ferry or domestic flight right after landing. Santorini Dave
Santorini is fully back. There was a scare in early 2025 with seismic activity, but as of 2026 conditions have fully stabilized Greek authorities confirmed no ongoing concerns and tourism is running normally. Kids Love Greece
Is it safe? Short answer: yes. The U.S. State Department rates Greece Level 1 its lowest advisory level, meaning "exercise normal precautions." The real risks aren't what most people worry about. Violent crime against tourists is extremely rare. The bigger concerns are pickpocketing in crowded spots, summer heat exceeding 40°C, and scooter/ATV accidents on the islands which cause a disproportionate share of tourist injuries every year.
Best time to go? May or September hands down. You get the sun without the July–August madness.
If you're still sorting out flights, I used flight to Greece to compare options worth a look if you're in the planning stage.
Greece is genuinely one of those places that lives up to the hype. Just go in with a bit of common sense and you'll be fine.
