New York Paris Trip

I visited Paris in spring and it felt like the city was waking up again. Trees were green, small cafes were full, and people just stayed outside longer. It’s a very easy time to enjoy the city without the heavy summer crowds.

A few interesting things I didn’t expect. Eiffel Tower was once meant to be temporary and almost removed after 20 years. Louvre Museum used to be a royal palace before it became a museum. And Notre-Dame Cathedral took almost 200 years to complete.

In spring, the weather is usually mild. Around 12 to 20°C most days. Some light rain can happen, but it doesn’t last long. A light jacket is enough. I remember sitting near the Seine River with coffee, just watching boats pass. Simple but really nice.

If you’re planning your own trip, I came across this while looking for a flight to Paris and it helped compare some options without much effort.

Curious if anyone else prefers spring over summer for Paris?

I completely agree that spring feels like one of the best times to experience Paris. The pleasant weather, blooming gardens, and relaxed atmosphere make exploring the city so much more enjoyable. Sitting by the Seine with a coffee sounds like the perfect Paris moment.

I’ve always felt spring gives places like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame Cathedral an even more special charm without the peak summer crowds. Thanks for sharing those interesting facts as well.

For anyone planning a visit, spring is definitely a great season to explore Paris packages and enjoy the city at a slower pace.
