Struggling to choose the best hotel in Madurai

During my first trip to Madurai, I felt confused by too many hotel options and mixed reviews. I needed a place that felt safe, clean, and close to important locations. After some trial and error, I realized that finding the best hotel in Madurai depends more on consistent service and location than on fancy photos. It taught me to value real guest experiences over advertisements.
 
I usually stick close to the Meenakshi Temple area since it’s safer and easier to get around. I check recent photos from guests because they show how well the hotel is kept.
