I'm travelling to wassenaar via ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam, I'm driving and I'm trying to check whether the leather man multi tool I keep in my car as part of a small emergency kit would be a problem legally? Haven't found anything crystal clear on this since it's not something I carry on my pocket, any advice is appreciated
