I see a lot of people asking about Nha Trang nightlife and just getting recommended the same two tourist traps. I’ve lived here for years, and while the tourist spots are fun, there’s a better way to do it. Here is my breakdown of where to actually go.
Located at 29 Trần Phú. This is non-negotiable for me. Louisiane Brewhouse brews their own beer on-site. It’s right on the beach with a pool. It’s civilized, the beer is great (try the Witbier), and the live music sets a good mood.
You have two choices. For a backpacker vibe, cheap drinks, and chaos, go to Why Not Bar. For a classier beach club vibe with bonfires, go to Sailing Club. Sailing Club has an entrance fee on weekends usually, but it's much cleaner and nicer.
After 11 PM, head to the alleys near the Night Market and Biệt Thự street. Look for plastic chairs. This is the real local experience. Beers are 15k VND. Food is cheap. It’s safe and friendly.
Note: Guru Sports Bar used to be a favorite of mine, but as of 2025, it is permanently closed, so check the smaller bars nearby instead.
Tip: Always use Grab. Don't take street taxis late at night.
