Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here has any recent experience with the MSC Cruise Cancellation Policy. I’m thinking of canceling my cruise, but I’m a bit confused about how refunds and fees work depending on how close you are to the sail date.
From what I’ve read, MSC offers partial refunds if you cancel early, but the details seem to vary by region and the type of fare booked. Has anyone gone through this process recently? Did you get a full refund, partial credit, or future cruise voucher?
Also, how long did it take to receive your refund or credit after canceling?
