Hi everyone,
I recently travelled alone through Syria and made a video about it.
I'm asking here because this is more about travel storytelling than just Syria itself. Only I'm a little insecure about the balance: I want to show normal daily life and beautiful moments, but I also don't want to neglect the war that the country went through.
For people from the region, especially Syrians or Arabs living in the Gulf, does that balance feel respectful and realistic, or does it come across as naive from a foreigner? I want to make more videos in Syrie, so Im very curious to hear your thoughts on this. So I can better my next video.
