Okay, so summer in London is absolutely worth experiencing. I'm talking June through August, it's when the city just comes alive differently.
Here's the thing: London summers are nothing like you'd expect. Perfect for walking around without melting. This is why summers are golden for exploring.
How to actually spend it:
Get a book and post up in one of those green spaces Hyde Park, Regent's Park, or St. James's Park. Londoners live for this. You'll see people literally everywhere with their feet out, soaking in the sun. It's the vibe.
Rooftop bars are where it's at for sunset views. The daylight lasts until like 9 PM, which is insane and amazing. A Thames river walk with fish and chips by the water, catching some live music in places like Camden or Shoreditch that's the summer London experience.
Getting a flight to London during those months means experiencing the city at its absolute best, when everyone's actually smiling and the weather's cooperating for once.
