Thank you very much Mrunal for such a helpful reply. Are there any taxi companies you would recommend in Rajasthan ( - so many come up if you google it that it's impossible to tell what's local), or do you think the places we stay will be best placed to recommend local drivers?

Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonable taxi company for some journeys in Rajasthan later this month (September)? Is it cheaper to book in advance or is there a pretty standard rate? Thank you to anyone who can help. I've tried a few by googling online to get quotes but one couldn't find...
