What is Complementary Airport lounge access?

Hey,
I was at Mumbai Airport and the flight got delayed,
As or a delay over 6hrs I got Complementary Airport Lounge,
Some features of complimentary amenities are premium food and snacks, fully stocked bars, modern shower facilities, fast Wi-Fi, plentiful power outlets, secure business centers and very comfortable seating.
Though I got a chance for couple of hours only but I've recommend to try it!

yeah but would u say its worth paying extra? its not realy cheap
