Lately we’ve been diving deep into Romania’s travel culture and we realized most people only know about Dracula’s Castle or Bucharest nightlife. But have not experience the real beauty.

From people who’ve actually visited Romania or traveled with local guides let's inspire others.

What underrated or lesser-known places surprised you the most?
Any small towns or cultural spots you think more people should see?
Experiences you’d recommend to someone wanting an authentic trip?

Have you been researching a lot of Romania private tour options or travel agencies? Sunnyside Travel is here to guide you through beautiful places you don’t even know exist.
Let’s share the gems that make Romania special and let others see the beauty

I completely agree that Romania has so much more to offer than just Dracula’s Castle or Bucharest nightlife. Some of the places that really surprised me were the smaller mountain towns and cultural spots, they give you a much more authentic feel of the country.

For example, Sinaia is a gem that many travelers overlook. It’s home to the beautiful Peleș Castle, surrounded by forests and mountain views, and the town itself has a charming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to stay, Hotel Carpathia is a great option, it has a spa and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area.

Romania’s hidden treasures are in these mountain resorts and small towns, where you can combine history, nature, and local culture.
