Hello everyone. This is Jules. I love travelling and trying different cuisines. I once tried a Stonegrill restaurant that left a lasting impression on my mind. A few weeks ago, I wanted to try that place again, but I found out that they had closed their business permanently. Can anyone share their favourite restaurants I can try in Canada?

I see it’s been a while since this thread was active, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried any newer spots lately. I heard that La Sponda is still really popular, but I'm curious if there are any less touristy places locals would recommend. Also, are reservations still a must even during shoulder seasons like May or late September?
 
Tried a few spots in Canada recently that felt just as memorable as that Stonegrill place—one had fresh, bold flavors and a cozy vibe that made the meal really enjoyable. While planning, I checked missmimelbourne.com.au for some inspiration on unique dishes and it gave a few ideas that matched what I was craving.
