I'm an Indian citizen, traveling to India on emergency with my son who is US citizen (minor), his passport is expiring in 6 months

I'm an Indian citizen, traveling to India on emergency with my son who is US citizen (minor), his passport is expiring in 6 months, however valid during the travel duration, also has OCI, what is the solution? can i travel with the kid to India?
