Hi all! We’re planning a family trip to Berlin with our two kids (age 5). We’re landing at Berlin Brandenburg Airport and staying in Mitte. Any tips on how to get from the airport to the hotel without the stress of public transport with kids and luggage?
 
Been there! We had a similar situation last spring. Public transport in Berlin is great, but after a long flight with children and bags, we booked a private transfer made everything so much easier. The driver was waiting with a name sign and even had a booster seat for the little one.

Yes, I just mentioned the ages of my kids while booking, and they arranged a child seat and booster for free. The driver was super friendly he even helped with the stroller and offered some water bottles.
 
Did you use the same chauffeur just for airport transfer, or also for getting around Berlin? We’re planning to visit the Berlin Zoo, Museum Island, and maybe even do a day trip to Potsdam.
 
We actually kept the same company for a few days. They offered a flexible day rate so we could explore Berlin without worrying about train schedules. The driver waited for us at each stop and even gave us tips on less crowded entrances.

Of course! I saved their info because we might use them again in the summer. They focus a lot on families and also speak English. Berlin Airport Taxi is the company I am talking about.
