Hi fellow travelers!
Just wanted to share a quick recap of my recent 6-day whirlwind trip that covered Dubai and Thailand – two very different but equally amazing destinations – all under $3,500!
Flights: Scored great deals with some flexible dates and alerts – paid around $1,500 round-trip covering both countries.
Stays:

Flights: Scored great deals with some flexible dates and alerts – paid around $1,500 round-trip covering both countries.
Stays:
- Thailand was super budget-friendly: hostels in Bangkok at $10/night, and beachfront bungalows in Phuket at $25/night.
- Dubai was surprisingly affordable too – found a sleek hotel for $80/night with amazing city views.
- Thailand’s street food blew me away (Pad Thai, mango sticky rice, curries – all under $5).
- Dubai’s mix of global cuisines made it easy to eat well on any budget.
- Thailand: Phi Phi island tour for $40, free temples, and local markets
- Dubai: Burj Khalifa view deck ($100), desert safari camel ride ($20), and skydiving (if you’re feeling wild – around $400)
