When will Umrah open after Hajj 2023? For Muslims who were able to make Hajj, participation may have caused no great concern or confusion regarding the performance of Umrah; but for those still curious if they can perform it or not. Please read up on it so you know whether it is feasible.
Saudi Arabia temporarily canceled Umrah for all Muslims worldwide in February 2020 due to coronavirus infection - considered by medical professionals to be one of the most lethal viruses of this decade.

Umrah 2023 can be performed any time of the year except during the dates of Hajj. The Hajj season typically concludes in July 2023 (around 28th June to 3rd July). After Hajj 2023, Umrah will begin immediately, from July 4th, 2023 onward, and continue until the start of the next Hajj season in 2024.

While the exact start and end dates for Umrah may vary slightly each year based on the Islamic calendar, Umrah can generally be performed during any part of the year except during Hajj days.

If you're planning for Umrah, it’s a good idea to check with travel agencies or the official Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for any specific updates.

Umrah for 2023 can begin after Hajj, typically starting from the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah and continuing throughout the year, excluding the days of Hajj in 2024.

umrah resumes after hajj once the islamic month of dhu al-hijjah ends. in 2023, hajj took place in late june, so umrah likely restarted around late july or early august. for exact dates each year, it's best to check with official saudi authorities or umrah travel agencies.
